摘要
市场导向与企业绩效之间的关系一直存在争议,引起争议的主要原因来自于影响市场导向与企业绩效关系强弱或正负的调节变量。通过对国内外相关文献的回顾和分析,梳理了调节变量的主要种类和它们的调节作用,并指出了未来研究的方向。
There are a lot of disputes about the relationship between market orientation and business performance .The most important reason is about the moderators which change the signs and the strengths of the relationship between market of ientaion and business performance.This paper will summarize the mainly kinds of the moderators and their moderating effects by reviews and analysis .Based on these,some important topics have been put forward.
