变风量空调机组送风温度系统建模与控制研究 被引量:10

摘要 以变风量空调机组送风温度控制系统为对象,采用阶跃响应经验辨识方法建立了冷水阀开度-送风温度系统数学模型。针对该温度控制系统的纯延时特征,提出采用数字式PID+Smith预测控制算法改进控制质量,给出了该算法的流程图。应用Matlab对系统进行了仿真研究,结果表明该系统具有较强的鲁棒性。 Taking a supply air temperature control system as an object, establishes the mathematical model between the opening of chilled water valves and supply air temperature based on the step response empirical identification method. In view of the large delay of temperature control systems, introduces the digital PID control with Smith prediction algorithm to improve the control quality and gives the flow chart of control algorithm. The simulating result obtained with Matlab indicates that the system has fairly robust.
