摘要
基于常规HPLC仪器,采用亚2μm填料色谱柱,通过提高输液泵压限、调整检测器参数、优化连接管路等手段,构建一套新型液相色谱系统,并对其进行性能评价。结果表明,构建的系统分析速度更快,灵敏度更高,分离效果更好,溶剂消耗更少。
Based on the common HPLC instruments, a new liquid chromatography system was constructed with the methods of using column filled with sub - 2μm packings, enhancing the pressure limit of pump, improving sampiing rate, optimizing the connection pipelines. The evaluation of the new system showed that more rapid analysis, higher sensitivity, higher resolusion and less consumption of solvents were achieved.
