Integration of Quality Information System into ERP

质量信息系统(QIS)与ERP的集成是实现质量管理与企业资源计划信息共享的重要途径。分析当前ERP和QIS现状及存在问题,提出QIS与ERP集成的思想,指出在传统QIS中增加面向ERP的信息处理功能模块。建立了以质量功能展开(QFD)为纽带将QIS与ERP集成的模型,为达到企业资源与产品质量计划的优化配置提供支持。

To integrate quality information system （QIS） into ERP is very critical for enterprises to share information of quality management and enterprises＇ resources. This paper examines the current situation and the problems of ERP and QIS, adopts a method to integrate QIS into ERP and proposes that a module should be included in the traditional QIS to provide ERP with quality information. Taking QFD as a connection of QIS and ERP, this paper finally establishes an integration model which provides an approach to optimizing the deployment of enterprises＇ resources and quality plan.
