摘要
应用张量分析理论,结合线性代数与矩阵理论,分析了模块化生产路径下产品的不同坐标转化规律。以经济学理论为基础,将产品系列的生产成本划分为材料成本与工艺成本,并利用张量分析得到材料成本为一不变量且与模块化路径无关。研究不同模块化生产路径的工艺成本表达,并分析了学习效应是模块化规模效应的减速器。通过实例验证了模块化路径不仅仅与模块化本身的工艺成本相关,也与企业的产品系列结构相关。
This paper mainly studies the math analysis model of the modular manufacturing cost for the product array structure. The transform law of different coordinate for product which is under modular manu- facturing route is analyzed by applying the theory of tensor and linear math and matrix. Based on the economics theory, the modular manufacturing cost is divided into material cost and technological process cost. With the theory of tensor, this paper finds out that material cost has nothing to do with modular manufac-turing route. The technological process cost of different modular manufacturing route is studied and the fact that the modular scale effect is retarded by study effect is also analyzed. An example proves that modular route is relevant to the technological process cost and also to the product array structure.
