A Model of Customizability Analysis for Modules of Mass Customized Product Family

摘要 在大规模定制产品族的开发过程中,选择合适的模块作为定制模块是一个重要问题。为了解决这个问题,基于大规模定制生产模式下产品族开发的模块化和通用化原则以及公理设计理论,建立了一个在产品族开发过程中对模块的定制属性进行分析的模型:通过对模块的功能定制效果、模块间相互影响关系以及模块成本3个方面的分析,设立了一个定制指数,运用该定制指数对模块的定制属性进行判断,达到选择合适的模块作为定制模块的目的。通过一个算例对该模型的应用进行说明。 In order to select appropriate modules to be customized in the process of product family development under mass customization, this paper builds a model to analyze customizability of product modules, which is based on Axiomatic Design theory and the two principles of product family development for mass customization, modularity and commonality. In this model, the customization effect of module function to customers, the interrelationships between modules, and the cost of module are analyzed. A customizability index is set up to confirm whether a module is adapted to be a customizable one. Finally, an example illus-trates the application of the model.
