On Selection of Partners Using AHP and FPP in Virtual Team

摘要 分析了虚拟团队成员选择的标准,运用层次分析法和模糊优先规划法相结合的方法探讨了团队成员的选择问题,利用层次分析法确定各种定性因素相对重要性的评价区间,应用模糊优先规划法处理具有定性和定量因素的相对有效性评价及排序问题,并实证分析了成员选择的过程。 This paper analyzes the criteria for the selection of partners in a virtual team, discusses the partner selection problem by combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy preference programming method. Then evaluating interval of relatively important qualitative factors is performed by AHP, evaluating and ranking relative effectiveness are processed qualitatively and quantitatively by FPP, and at last the process of selecting partners by this method is analyzed.
