乳腺肿块细针穿刺细胞学检查的临床应用价值

The Clinical Value of Fine Needle Aspiration Cytologic Diagnosis for Breast Masses

目的探讨细针穿刺细胞学诊断在乳腺肿块中的临床应用价值。方法细针穿刺乳腺肿块吸取组织细胞涂片,采用瑞氏染色,显微镜下观察细胞排列、结构、背景特点、细胞形态等方面对乳腺肿块性质进行判定,并与病理组织学诊断进行对比分析。结果乳腺肿块216例细针穿刺,其中175例与病理组织学对照分析,恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为97.9%,良性肿瘤诊断的特异性为95.2%,总准确率为97.1%。结论细针穿刺细胞学诊断对于临床诊断乳腺病变有独到价值,而且对恶性病例诊断更为可靠,此诊断技术简便,安全快速,特异性高,临床应用前景广阔。

Objective ：To explore the clinical value of fine needle aspiration for biopsy on breast masses. Methods： To get the smear by fine needle aspiration to the breast masses. RS staining method was used. To determine benign or malignant breast disease by the arrangement of the cells, structure, the ground feature and the shape of the cells. A comparison analysis had been made between the fine needle aspiration cytologic diagnosis and the pathologic diagnosis. Results： 216 cases of breast masses had been treated fine needle aspiration cytology diagnosis. A comparison analysis had been made between 175 eases, the sensitivity of the malignant tumors was 97.9%, that of the benign was 95.2%, the total accuracy of fine needle aspiration cytology was 97.1%. Conclusions： Fine needle aspiration cytologic diagnosis is a useful method for the diagnosis of the breast diseases, especially for the malignant tumours. It is a safe, convenient and a high correct rate diagnostic method.
