水泥基无收缩复合灌浆料的实验研究

Experimental study on cement-based non-shrinkage composite grouting material

通过采用硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐水泥及适量其它材料复合制备高质量水泥基无收缩复合灌浆材料,并研究各组成材料对其性能的影响。试验结果表明,所研制的灌浆料具有大流动性、微膨胀、早强、高强及强度持续稳定增长等特点。

Cement-based non-shrinkage composite grouting material is prepared by Portland cement, aluminate cement and proper amount of other materials, and the influence of constituents on performance of grouting material is studied. The result of experiment indicates that the developed grouting material has special features of great flowability, minor expansion, early and high strength, as well as strength increase steadily and stably.
