摘要
介绍可再分散胶粉、纤维素醚、憎水剂等建筑化学添加剂应用在膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温体系(即EIFS体系)中所涉及的砂浆产品的实验研究。实验表明,在EIFS体系粘结砂浆中,建议胶粉最佳掺量以2.5%为限,VINNAPAS 5044N和VINNAPAS 5010N复配较为理想;低黏度、高改性的纤维素醚,对硬化砂浆辅助拉伸粘结强度的提高有很大的帮助;在EIFS体系抗裂抹面砂浆中胶粉VINNAPAS 5044N的掺量以大于2.5%为宜,憎水型多功能添加剂NanothixaB 1490的使用不仅赋予新拌砂浆良好的施工性,而且能够显著降低硬化后面层砂浆的吸水量。
Experimental study on mortars involved in application of building chemical additives of re-dispersible powders, cellulose ethers, hydrophobic agents to external thermal insulation composite systems based on expanded polystyrene (EIFS)is introduced. The resuits show that in adhesive mortar of EIFS, the proposed optimal dosage of re-dispersible powder is in the limit of 2.5%, and the composite application of VINNAPAS 5044N and VINNAPAS 5010N acquires perfect effect; low viscosity and high modified MC helps to improve the tensile adhesive strength of hardened mortar. In the anticracking finishing-mortars of EIFS, the suitable dosage of re-dispersible powder VINNAPAS 5044N is over 2.5%. NanothixaB1490, which is a muhifunctional agent, can not only make the fresh mortar satisfactory construction but also remarkably reduce the water absorption of sereed mortar in EIFS.
