火焰原子吸收光谱法测定口蘑中的微量元素

摘要 目的:测定口蘑中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量.方法:采用湿法消解处理样品、用原子吸收法测定口蘑中所含的微量元素.结果:口蘑中含有Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn四种微量元素,加样回收率分别为Fe:103.05%,Zn:96.85%,Cu:96.67%,Mn:104.03%.RSD:Fe:0.74%,Zn:2.18%,Cu:3.56%,Mn:2.17%.结论:口蘑中含有丰富的Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素,而且该方法快速、可行、精密度较好. Objective: To measure the contents of four kinds of trace elements which include Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn. Method: Samples were delt with with the method of wet digestion. To measure the contents of trace elements in Mushrooms from Zhangjiakou areas, flame AAS was used. Results: The trace elements of Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn are found in the mushrooms. The average recovery of standard addition is: Fe: 103. 05%, Zn. 96.85%, Cu. 96.67%, Mn: 104.03%. RSD. Fe: 0.74%, Zn: 2.18%, Cu. 3. 56%, Mn: 2. 17%. Conclusion: A lot of trace elements are contained in the mushrooms. The method used is quick, simple and convenent, and the results are satisfactory.
