摘要
基于中国某LNG接收站内大型汽化器的设计参数,从液体加热型汽化器和空气加热型汽化器的对比入手,确定了大型LNG汽化器的热源。详细分析了各种水加热型汽化器的结构和特性,对海水加热型LNG汽化器的材料进行了研究,并对设计条件下采用缠绕管式换热器作为汽化器进行了初步计算。最后,对该接收站内大型汽化器的介质流程、选择材料和结构的适应性进行了分析,提出了可以采取的几种方案。
In this paper, the heating source of large vaporizer of LNG terminal in our country is ascertained from the comparison between air-heating vaporizer and liquid-heating vaporizer on the basis of design data. Structures and characteristics of several types water-heating vaporizers are detailed analysed. The materials using in sea water-heating vaporizer are investigated and the primary thermal design of spiral wound heat exchanger as LNG vaporizer is finished. At last, adaptabilities of fluid passage, chosen material and strueture of large LNG vaporizer are discussed and some suggestions which can be adopted are put forward.
