车用纤维全缠绕高压储氢气瓶标准研究 被引量:21

摘要 储氢气瓶是氢燃料电池汽车供氢系统的一个关键部件,纤维全缠绕高压储氢气瓶以其比强度和比刚度高等优点成为各国研究的热点。目前,欧盟、日本和国际标准化组织已制订了氢气瓶标准或标准草案,这些标准对制订我国车用纤维全缠绕高压储氢气瓶标准具有重要的参考价值。本文在系统比较欧盟CGH2R Draft Revision 10标准草案、日本JIGA-T-S标准和ISO/DIS 15869.2标准的基础上,针对我国正在制订的车用纤维全缠绕高压储氢气瓶标准,提出了若干建议,并指出今后需要重点研究的几个问题。 High - pressure hydrogen storage tank is a key component in hydrogen supply systems of the Fuel Cell Vehicles (FCV). The fully- wrapped composite tanks for high pressure hydrogen storage has become the study focus around the world due to their advantages such as high stiffness - density and strength - density ratios. Currently, the European Union, Japan and the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) have drawn up the relevant standards or standard drafts which are useful for formulating Chinese standard for hydrogen storage tanks. The CGH2R Draft Revision 10 of European Union, the JIGA - T - S standard of Japan and the ISO/DIS 15869.2 are systematically compared in this paper and some suggestions on the corresponding Chinese standard which is being developed are proposed. Several important research issues for the Chinese standard are also pointed out.
