高敏C反应蛋白与冠心病病变程度的相关性研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与冠心病病变程度的相关性。方法测定稳定型心绞痛患者(SAP组)32例,不稳定型心绞痛患者(UAP组)42例,急性心肌梗死患者(AMI组)24例以及健康人50例(对照组)的hs-CRP及cTnI、CK、CK-MB等心肌标志物水平。结果hs-CRP水平在对照组、SAP组、UAP组和AMI组分别为(2.3±0.6)mg/L、(4.2±0.5)mg/L、(8.0±1.3)mg/L、(17.6±3.6)mg/L,各组间存在显著递增趋势,即AMI组>UAP组>SAP组>对照组。而cTnI仅在UAP组和AMI组显著升高,CK和CK-MB仅在AMI组显著升高。结论hs-CRP水平与冠心病病变程度密切相关。 Objectives To investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and the severity of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods 32 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group),42 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group)and 24 patients with acute myocardial farction(AMI group)were enrolled.50 healthy people were chosen as control group.Hs-CRP and cTnI、CK、CK-MB level of all enrolled person were detected.Results The hs-CRP level of control group,SAP group,UAP group and AMI group were(2.3±0.6)mg/L、(4.2±0.5)mg/L、(8.0±1.3)mg/L、(17.6±3.6)mg/L respectively.There was a significant rise tendency in those groups,AMI group〉UAP group〉SAP group〉control group.cTnI increased only in UAP and AMI group signi-ficantly.CK and CK-MB only increased in AMI group significantly.Conclusion hs-CRP level has a close relationship with the severity of CAD.
