摘要
心理健康教育是提高大学生心理素质的主渠道。文章从黔南民族地区大学生存在的心理健康问题和该地区高校心理健康教育的现状出发探讨了增进该地区大学生心理健康,提高该地区大学生心理素质的基本途径。
Mental health education is the main method to foster college students＇psychological quality. According to the psychological problems and the current mental health education in college in Qiannan ethnic minority areas, this paper suggests the following basic methods to improve college students＇psychological health and promote their psychological quality.
