凝血因子Ⅶ研究进展

摘要 人体血浆凝血因子Ⅶ按分子结构和生物活性可分为两种:以酶原形式存在的因子(FⅦ)和以活化形式存在的因子(FⅦa)。FⅦa作为凝血级联反应的起始酶,在正常生理性与治疗性止血中发挥重要作用,并且与多种出、凝血疾病的发生和进程有关,因而日益受到重视。本文就 FⅦ的生物学功能以及重组活化 FⅦ(rFⅦa)的临床应用等方面的研究进展作一综述。
