广州市理工院校大学生自杀态度的调查分析

Survey on suicide attitude of undergraduates in one science and engineering college in Guangzhou

目的了解理工院校大学生心理健康状况及其自杀态度,为大学生自杀预防提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对广州市理工大学大学生进行问卷调查,内容为自杀态度问卷(SAQ)。结果自杀态度在不同年级的学生间存在差异,对自杀行为、自杀者、安乐死持矛盾中立态度者占多数,对自杀者家属持理解认同态度占多数。结论自杀态度各指标均提示必须加强大学生的心理健康教育以预防自杀行为的发生。

Objective To study the mental health status of undergraduates and their suicide attitude, and to provide scientific basis for suicide prevention in undergraduates. Methods Suicide Attitude Questionnaire （QSA） was conducted among undergraduates selected by stratified cluster random sampling in a science and engineering college in Guangzhou. Results There were significant difference across grades in suicide attitude. Majority of the respondents held ＂neutrality＂ attitude toward suicide behavior, suicide victim and euthanasia, and ＂comprehension＂ attitude to the family member of suicide victim. Conclusion The result of this survey show that it is necessary to strengthen mental health education to reduce suicide in undergraduates.
