农村地区婴幼儿看护人对辅食添加认识的定性调查

摘要 目的了解农村地区6-24个月婴幼儿看护人对辅食添加的认识。方法采用专题小组讨论的方法,对北京等5省市的5个县农村地区6-24个月婴幼儿的看护人197人进行访谈。结果多数婴幼儿看护人认为:“婴儿4-6个月时应添加母乳以外的辅食”;“婴儿可以吃肉的时间在一岁以后或更晚、牙长整齐了、断奶后等”;“有必要给孩子单独做饭”;“家庭自制的食物比市售婴幼儿食品安全、卫生”。婴幼儿看护人获得喂养知识途径主要是儿童保健医生和书刊杂志。看护人对辅食添加的认识存在地区差异。结论应针对不同地区存在的问题,采取相应措施,加强对婴幼儿看护人的喂养知识指导和营养教育,以提高农村地区婴幼儿辅食添加质量,保证和促进婴幼儿健康的生长发育。 Objective To investigate the awareness of complementary feeding among infant care_givers in rural areas. Methods Focus group discussion was conducted among 197 caregivers of 6-24 months infants and young children in 5 counties of 5 provinces. Results Most caregivers expressed opinions as follows: "Infants should be added complementary food at age 4-6 months" ; "Infants could eat meat at age 1 year or later, or after the growth of teeth is completed, or after they are weaned"; "Food for infants and young children should be cooked specifically"; "Food cooked at home are more dominant in safety and hygiene than the food from market" . The caregivers obtained feeding knowledge mainly from doctors and books. There was difference in awareness of caregivers among these 5 areas. Conclusion Measures to strengthen guidance and education on complementary feeding for caregiver of infants and young children should be implemented according to the situations of different areas to improve the effect of complementary feeding and to promote growth and development of infants and young children in rural areas.
