中国红丝带网论坛会员信息及邮件订阅系统利用调查分析

Survey on utilization of MAIL service system and personal information among BBS members of China HIV/AIDS Information Network

目的对中国红丝带网论坛会员的基本信息、关注内容及邮件订阅系统服务(MAIL定制)的利用情况进行调查,探讨改进网络信息交流的方法与策略。方法利用网络论坛注册系统,收集论坛所有注册会员的相关信息,对其基本情况、关注内容及邮件订阅系统利用率进行调查分析。结果在论坛的3029名注册会员中,78.14%为个人求询者,21.86%为艾滋病防治工作者。662名艾滋病防治工作者中82.48%来自非政府组织、政府组织及学院/研究院;46.98%来自于以艾滋病感染者为服务对象的组织。会员的工作领域涉及面比较广;在6个主题分区中,会员对爱之方舟感染者论坛的信息获取需求量最大,其会员数达到1228名,需求率为34.93%。邮件订阅系统的确认接收率为25.72%(779人)。结论网络论坛在对艾滋病感染者这样的边缘化弱势群体进行心理咨询、政策宣传方面仍然起着至关重要的作用;要加强信息平台建设及有效的邮件订阅系统服务,从而更好地进行信息服务的推广。

Objective To survey the personal information of Bulletin Board System （BBS） members of China HIV/AIDS Information Network （CHAIN）, to explore the strategies and approaches for improving information communication on network. Methods The data of the members＇ personal information, needs fro imformation and utilization of MAIL service system were collected by BBS registration system. Results Of 3029 BBS members, 78.14 % were individual counselee. 662 AIDS were prevention workers, of which 82.48 % were worked in NGO, government or college/institute, 46.98 % worked in organization that provided service for people living with HIV/AIDS. The workers worked in various fields. Among 6 independence BSS of the network, the information of ＂Love＇ ark＂ was most needed, this BSS had 1228 members, and needs rate was 34.93%. 25.72% of the BBS members had confirmed to subscribe the information through MAIL service system. Conclusion BBS on network played an important role in psychological counseling and publicizing policies among vulnerable groups such as people living with HIV/AIDS, it was necessary to improve communicating system and MAIL service system to promote the generalization of information services.
