This article discusses the relationship between relationship marketing and marketing management and discusses the history of marketing, appearance of marketing management and relationship marketing and that relationship marketing is the development of marketing management, which draws and conclusion that relationship marketing is the inevitable trend of development of marketing management and that relationship marketing is the development of marketing management rather than replacement.
