师范院校应随着时代的发展,培养具有教学能力、创新意识、教育理念的新型小学语文教师;文章从这几方面对未来语文教师能力培养进行了论述。

With the time developing, new elementary school language teachers should be cultivated in normal universities and institutes who have teaching ability, innovative ideology and educational idea. This paper discusses the cultivation of the future language teachers＇ ability from these aspects.
