安徽省阜南县暗娼人群HIV自愿咨询检测结果告知配偶或固定性伴意愿及影响因素研究

Survey on attitude to voluntary HIV test results disclosure among female sex workers in Funan County of Anhui Province,China

目的了解安徽省阜南县暗娼人群HIV自愿咨询检测结果告知配偶或固定性伴意愿及影响因素。方法2006年1-2月在安徽省阜南县社区中招募暗娼,调查其社会人口学、高危行为特征、接受过HIV自愿检测情况和检测结果告知配偶或固定性伴的意愿情况。结果35.0%（71/203）的暗娼接受过HIV自愿检测,57.6%（117/203）的暗娼愿意将HIV检测结果告知配偶或固定性伴,多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示：接受过HIV自愿检测（OR=6.90;95%CI：3.29-14.45）和平均每天接待客人数〈2人（OR=2.47;95%CI：1.24-4.94）与暗娼HIV检测结果告知意愿的关系有统计学意义。结论接受HIV自愿咨询检测的暗娼更愿意将HIV检测结果告知家人或同伴,而减少家人或同伴的感染机会。

Objective To investigate the factors affecting disclosure outcomes of VCT among female sex workers （FSWs） in Funan County of Anhui Province, China. Methods From January to February of 2006, a community-based baseline survey was conducted among 203 female sex workers （FSWs）in Funan County of Anhui Province, China. Risk factors ralated with attitude to disclose HIV test results among FSWs were analyzed, including soeiodemographic, sexual behavioral characteristics and whether taking part in VCT or not. Results Among 203 subjects, 35.0% （71/203） subjects took part in VCT, 57.6% （117/203） subjects were willing to disclose their HIV test outcome to their spouses or sexual partners. Multivariate Logistic Regression model showed that factors were significantly associated with attitude to disclose their HIV test outcome included having participated in voluntary HIV test （OR = 6.90; 95% CI： 3.29- 14.45）, number of sex partners every day less than 2 persons （OR= 2.47; 95%CI： 1.24-4.94 ）. Conclusion Our study results showed that HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing is able to promote female sex workers to disclose their outcome of HIV test and protect their partners from being infected HIV.
