《中国结核病防治健康教育材料资源库》中材料的使用及效果评价

Evaluation on utilization and effect of the materials in the health promotion toolkit on TB control

目的了解《中国结核病防治健康教育材料资源库》（2005版）中材料在目标人群中的使用情况和效果。方法选择湖北省和重庆市的两个区,每个区随机抽取1个乡,每个乡随机抽取2个村,采取观察和个人访谈形式了解村医对工具箱材料的接收和使用情况以及评价,以小组访谈的形式在每个村各组织1组访谈了解村民对材料的暴露情况和评价,以批质量保证抽样法在4个村各随机抽取29位村民,测试其对工具箱中5条核心信息的掌握情况。结果所评估的乡村均收到并使用了工具箱中的材料,村医和村民普遍对材料的设计和内容表示认可。村民“结核病免费检查”的知识合格率最高,有3个村的村民合格率均达到60%以上,此外有1个村的村民对“症状”、“治疗肺结核到结防所”知识合格率分别为60%和50%,1个村的村民对“免费治疗”、“规范治疗6-8个月”2项核心知识的合格率分别为65%和50%,其余的知识合格率均低于40%。结论工具箱中的材料得到一定程度的使用,但使用情况和传播效果尚有待提高,需进一步加强对村医使用传播材料技能的培训。

Objective To learn the status of utilization and effect of the materials from the toolkit of health promotion on TB control. Methods 1 township was chosen from Hubei ＆ Chongqing respectively, 2 villages were selected in each township at random. Observation and personnel interview were taken to learn how to use the materials for the village doctors and their opinions on these materials. Focus Group Discussion and Lot Quality Assurance Sampling were taken among Villagers. Results All villagers had received some of the materials sent by provincial or city level institutions. Village doctors and villagers thought these materials were perfect and useful. The awareness rate on ＂free test for TB＂ was highest, accounting for above 60% in 3 villages. In 1 village the awareness rate of ＂symptom of TB＂ ＆ ＂go to TB dispensary if you had TB ＂ among villagers reached 60% ＆ 50% respectively. The awareness rate on the messages of free treatment ＆ ＂TB should be treated at least 6-8 months＂ in the other village reached 65% ＆ 50%. The awareness of rate of the rest core messages was much lower than 40%. Conclusion The materials of the toolkit have been used in these areas to certain extend. But the effect of spread of the materials should be increasingly enhanced. The skill of village doctors to use the materials should be strengthened.
