摘要
企业人才开发关乎到企业兴旺发达的根本,而人才开发离不开教育培训。那么,在现代资讯业和网络技术高度发达的条件下,充分认识和发挥网络培训的特有优势,积极制定相应的优先发展策略,提供给企业员工培训以坚实的物质基础和人才保障,营造必要的文化氛围,促使企业网络培训联盟的形成,以实现网络资源的合理配置和综合利用,提高网络培训效能,乃是当前企业人才开发必须密切关注和着力的抓手所在。
Talent development of an enterprise determines its prosperity and can not be separated from educational training. With the rapid development of modern information and network technologies, enterprises should enhance the training of specialists by giving full play to network training, taking an active part in making talent developing strategies, providing its staff with solid material foundations, forming a necessary enterprise culture, and making network training allies to fully utilize network resources and improve the efficiency of network training.
