摘要
利用TiO2、CaF2等作为成核剂制备白榴石熔块和低熔点乳浊基础熔块,研制了热膨胀性符合要求的遮色瓷粉。试验结果表明,采用多相成核方法可得到含有大量白榴石晶体的熔块,在基础熔块中加入20%~25%的白榴石熔块后可获得与金属合金有良好热匹配的烤瓷粉。
TiO2、CaF2 and other were selected as the nucleating agents, the frit with containing leucite and the elementary frit low melting point were prepared. The opaque porcelain was manufactured. The experimental results indicted the elementary frit was mixed with the frit containing leucite 20% - 25% , then porcelain powder was synthesized, and the heat compatibility between the porcelain powder and metal was established.
