摘要
为研究纳米银对人体的潜在不良生物学效应,把等量的纳米银和微米银植入大鼠背部皮下组织三个月后,利用等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析的方法测定了大鼠不同脏器中银元素的含量。发现银元素在大鼠各脏器的蓄积程度钠米银组均远远高于微米银组。证实了纳米银和微米银在大鼠体内具有不同的分布特点。
In order to study the potential bad biological effect of nanosilver, the equal quantity of nanosilver particles and microsilver particles were implanted into the rat' s back subcutaneous tissue. After 90 days, the method of plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the silver distribution in several tissues of rats. ICP-MS analysis showed that the cumulation silver of nanosilver in the rat's organ was more greater than microsilver. ICP-MS tests validated that nanosilver particles and microsilver particles appeared different distribute characteristic.
