摘要 生物电阻抗法测量人体成分是近20年发展起来的一项新技术。在比较了国内外同类仪器优缺点的基础上,研制了一种新型的人体成分分析仪,有效地解决了同类仪器中存在的不足。本文主要介绍了生物电阻抗原理和人体成分测试仪的软硬件实现。仪器采用八点接触电极法,实现了全自动多频检测和节段测量,通过CAN总线与监控设备互联,实现了一台电脑同时监测多台仪器,具有人体阻抗信号采集与显示,多种人体成分参数的计算等功能。此人体成分分析仪适合家庭医疗保健和医院保健科使用。 It has been a new technology in recent 20 years to measure the body component by using the bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). After investigated the shortages among the same instruments in the world, we developed a new type of the instrument for body component analysis (IBCA) to solve these problems effectively. In this article, we introduce the principle of BIA,the hardware and software realization of IBCA. IBCA is designed according to eight-contacted electrodes and realizes the full automatic multi-frequency measurement and the part measurement. According to being con- nected with the monitoring device by CAN bus, a number of IBCA can be monitored by only one computer. IBCA is integrated by the functions of the sampling and displaying for body impedance ,as well as the analysis of the body component parameters and so on. IBCA is adapted to be used in family health care and hospital health department.
