摘要
高血压是心血管疾病的重要危险因素,生物反馈疗法是一种非药物治疗高血压的绿色疗法。本文探讨了呼吸对心血管变异性的影响机制,研究了低频节律性呼吸训练调节血压的机理,运用生物反馈的原理设计了起搏呼吸训练仪,将呼吸信号与心血管生理信号的检测与处理相结合,交互式地引导呼吸运动,并开展了初步的研究工作。实验表明,该仪器能够起到很好的反馈训练的效果,节律性的低频呼吸可以起到增大RSA的效果。基于个体特征的引导方法以及对高血压患者的疗效有待进一步研究。
Hypertension is an important risk factor to cardiovascular diseases. Biofeedback is an nonpharmacologic treatment for original hypertension. The mechanism of respiratory movement to cardiovascular variability was discussed and the reason of slow and regular breathing to lower blood pressure was also analyzed in this paper. Then paced breathing training apparatus was designed based above hypothesis and initial experiment was carried out. The experiments showed the apparatus could guide the user effectively and slow and regular breathing can enhance the RSA. Characterized guiding mode still need to be fully studied and long term effect on the essential hypertension need to be continuously validated in the clinical trail.
