成功智力与教育需培养的成功素质

Successful Intelligence and Successful Qualities Needed

人的一生是一个在追求自我实现的过程。一个人想要在现实世界中实现人生目标,不仅仅要正确认识成功智力的三方面因素——分析性能力,创造性能力和实践性能力,而且要均衡的发展这三方面的能力,达到一个有机的整体。更加重要的是,通过对成功智力的理解,意识到什么样的素质是教育需要培养的成功素质。本文就这个问题做一个细致的阐述。

The human lives are the process of pursuing itself. It is so important for a person want to realize the goal in the reality to not only know the properly abilities of successful intelligence in three parts--analytical intelligence, creative intelligence and practical intelligence, but develop and utilize these three parts of the ability reasonably. More importantly, we reallze what successful qualities we need from the education through the good understanding of successful intelligence. And this paper gives some details about the issue.
