国家预算管理实训课程建设研究

首先指出了开设国家预算管理实训课程在提高学生业务能力和就业竞争力等方面的意义,并阐明了开设该课程所要达到的目标。然后说明了开设这一课程所要坚持的四大原则,即实际化、模块化、流程化、案例化。最后结合学校实际,阐述了课程组建设该课程的各项措施,主要包括:完善硬件软件设施、加强师资培训、分模块配备教师并编写教材、采用案例法分角色的教学模式、指导学生撰写实训报告。

The paper above all points out the meanings of offering practice course of national budget management from the angles of heightening professional ability and ability of obtaining employment of students, etc., and clarifies the aim to offer the course want to reach. Then expound we must insist on four principles when offer the course, namely face to practice, divide into sections, make progress according to flow chart and use cases. At the end, the paper clarifies measures which course-team builds the course in the light of school＇s reality. The measures mainly include： to perfect facility of hardware and software, to strengthen training for teachers, to arrange teacher and write textbook based on sections, to adopt teaching model according to case and role, to guide students to write report of the practice course.
