摘要
在"十六大"以来的新时期,我国企业高层人员的薪酬决定发生了很大变化,表现出了薪酬水平超常规快速提高、薪酬结构更加体现激励、高管薪酬立法明显加强、外部环境改善等新趋势和新特点。在新的形势下,对于企业高层人员的薪酬分配,既不能僵化地坚持劳动价值论,也不能照搬国外分配理论,需要按照党的十六大提出的分配原则进行理论创新。
