山东省17个城市可持续发展的综合评价研究

Comprehensive Evaluation Researches on the Sustainable Development of 17 Cities in Shandong Province

阐述了主成分分析的基本原理,并借助统计分析软件SAS对山东省2004年17个城市的经济可持续发展状况进行了数量分析。其中对各主成分的经济意义作了详细解释,并在此基础上得出17个城市的经济可持续发展水平评估的综合排名,同时对各市区经济可持续发展状况进行了综合评价。

This paper describes the basic principles of the Principal Component Analysis, and analyzes the sustainable economic development of 17 cities in Shandong Province in 2004 by the SAS software. And this paper explains the economic significances of the principal component in detail; on this basis we get the comprehensive rankings about the sustainable economic development level of 17 cities, and we also comprehensively evaluate the sustainable development situation of these cities.
