摘要
近年来,国内外学者将波特的价值链理论应用到人力资源管理的研究中,并提出了人力资源价值链理论。但是国内外的人力资源价值链主要都是从企业内部的人力资源管理活动来进行研究。在借鉴和发展学者们的人力资源价值链理论模型,将企业内部人力资源管理向外延伸而建立了基于企业外部价值链的人力资源管理模型,同时对于人力资源管理的企业外部延伸应用提出若干策略。
In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have applied the value chain theories to the human resource management, and have put forward the value chain theories of human resource management. However, the researches of human resource value chain home and abroad are based on interior corporation human resource management. This paper absorbs in the essence of existing research and models and advances human resource management theory to set up a value chain model for extending from inside into outside of human resource management. Some suggestion on the application of outside of human resource management is raised at the latter part of this research.
