摘要 研究了不同热处理对919铝合金电导率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,第2级时效对合金的电导率和强度影响最大。时效时间延长,电导率升高,强度降低;时效温度越高,这种变化越剧烈。根据试验结果,确认电导率38%IACS为919铝合金产品验收的重要判据。 The effects of various heat treatments on the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of 919 aluminium alloy are studied. The results indicate that the second stage ageing has the greatest effect on the electrieal conductivity and strength. With the increase in ageing time, the electrical conductivity is increased and strength decreased, and the higher the ageing temperatuer, the more drastic the variations are. Based on the results, it is confirmed that the electrical conductivity of 38% IACS can be used as an important criterion for the acceptance of 919 aluminium alloy products.
