摘要
以高温应变片和热电偶为敏感元件,对蠕墨铸铁材料焊接过程中的温度场、应力场进行了测试,分析了焊接电流、焊接速度对温度场、应力场的影响规律,提出了减小焊接应力的基本方法。
By using a high temperature strain gage and thermocouple as a sensitive element, the temperature field and thermal stress field of quasiflake graphite cast iron in welding wre measured, with the influences of welding current and welding speed on the temperature field and thermal stress field analyzed. A basic method for reducing welding stress is proposed.
