摘要
通过以玉米种皮为基质对绿色木霉J98-06的固态发酵研究,选育得到一株高产纤维素酶菌株,其最适培养条件为:玉米种皮与麦麸质量比3:7,硫酸铵1.4%,K2HPO4 0.2%(质量分数),加水量为1:1.2~1.4(质量比),发酵温度30℃,发酵时间4天,产酶活力高达3865 U/g(干曲)。
Trichoderma viride J98-06 that has very high cellulase activity was isolated in solid-state fermentation with corn seed capsule as the substrate. The study indicated that the optimal parameters of the culture were: the ratio of corn seed capsule and wheat bran was 3 ; 7, the ratio of dry raw material and water was 1 : 1.2~1.4 (m/m), (NH3)2SO4 1.4%, K2HPO4 0.2%. CMCase activity could reach to 3865 U/g after cultivation at 30℃ for 96 h.
