摘要
合理选择目标企业是并购成功的关键之一,本文分析认为协同效应最大化是选择目标企业的重要依据,并分析了当前多种协同效应计算方法的不足,然后探讨了目标企业选择应遵循的原则,根据其选择特点,论文提出应用层次分析法进行目标企业的选择,并进行了案例分析。
The correct selection of target business is one of the key point to the successtul M&A, the paper thinks that the maximum synergy is the important basis for the selection, then analyzes the shortcomings of the various evaluation approaches of synergies. Further more, it explores the principle to the selection process, According to it's features, the paper proposes the application of the analytic hierarchy process for the target business selection, at last it provides a case study.
