可编程序控制器在原油电脱水系统中的应用

Application of Programmable Logic Controller in Electric Dehydration System of Crude Oil

从原油电脱水系统的特点出发,设计基于可编程序控制器的电脱水控制系统。利用PLC控制电脱水系统的污水和原油,实现了电脱水系统的自动调节。简要介绍了可编程序控制器的特点和选型的基本方法,分析控制系统的软硬件及现场仪表。实践应用表明,系统稳定性好、可靠性高、维护方便。

Based on the characteristics of electric dehydration of crude oil, a control system on PLC is designed. The PLC controls the sewage and crude oil, so the electric dehydration system can be adjusted automatically. The features and basic methods of selecting type on PLC are presented in brief,and the software, hardware and instruments are analyzed. The results indicate that the system features excellent stability,high reliability,and easy maintenance.
