摘要
粗糙集(Rough Set,RS)理论是处理模糊和不精确问题的一种新型的数学工具,是主要应用于研究不完整数据、不确定知识的表达、学习及归纳的数学方法。他在医学领域的应用还处于萌芽状态。近年来,中医规范化和量化研究取得了明显的进展,在相当程度上说明了中医不但可以定性,而且可以定量。中医的术语规范化也为计算机在中医学中的应用提供了有利的条件。中医学是中国的传统医学,利用粗糙集理论和方法,建立一个可行的中医药方证相关性分析模型,该模型可以有效地处理中医药临床所积累的丰富经验知识,并得出中医药方证相关性的分析结论。
Rough Set （RS）theory is a new type of mathematics instrument used to deal with vague and inaccurate problems,a mathematics approach mainly applied to the expression, research and induction of incomplete data or uncertain knowledge. Its application in medical field is still in the embryonic stage. In recent years, an obvious progress has been made on the Chinese medical research of standardization and quantitation,which proves to some extent that Chinese medicine can be both qualitative and quantitative. Moreover, the standardization of Chinese medical terms provides favorable conditions for computer＇s application in Chinese medicine. The theories and methods of RS are used to establish a feasible analysis model of Chinese medicine＇s＂formula related to syndrome＂. This model can deal with effectively the abundant experiential knowledge and give the analysis results of Chinese medicine＇s ＂formula related to syndrome＂.
