摘要
目的:观察部分液体通气(partial liquid ventilation,PLV)对静脉注射油酸诱导的急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute resph-atory distress syndrome,ARDS)模型犬的疗效。方法:静脉注射油酸致犬ARDS,随机分为常规机械通气组(CMV组)和PLV组进行通气治疗,每组6只。每隔30分钟测量一次所有观察变量,包括呼吸动力学和循环动力学参数,直至150分钟实验结束;最后取肺组织光镜下观察病理变化。结果:与CMV组相比,PLV组动物动脉氧合显著提高,肺组织的损伤程度及炎性细胞浸润程度明显减轻;但PLV不能显著增加肺顺应性;两组均未对血液动力学产生不利影响。结论:PLV能显著地增加油酸致ARDS模型犬的动脉氧合,减轻肺部炎症反应,同时对血液动力学无不利影响。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of partial liquid ventilation (PLV) on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) model dogs induced by intravenously injected oleic acid.Methods:The ARDS model rats were induced by injecting oleic acid intraveno.usly and randomly divided into 2 groups: conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV) group and PLV group,each group had 6 dogs.All the indexes were detected every 30 minutes till 150 minutes,which included indexes of pneodynamics and indexes of circulatory kinesics.At last the lung of dogs were taken out and the pathological changes were observed under light microscope.Results:Compared with CMV group,PLV could significantly increase arterial oxygen and obvi- ously lighten degree of injury to lung and degree of inflammatory cell infiltrate; but PLV could not significantly increase pulmonary compliance.PLV and CMV all didn't have adverse effects on haemodynamics.Conclusions: PLV can remarkably increase arterial oxygen,lighten inflammatory reaction of lung of ARDS model dogs induced by intravenously injected oleic acid,and donnot have adverse effects on haemodynamics.
