运动疗法结合功能性电刺激治疗肝性脊髓病的临床分析(附1例报告) 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨使用运动疗法神经肌肉本体促进技术(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,PNF)治疗肝性脊髓病(Hepatic myelopathy,HM),提高其康复功能。方法:对一例HM患者进行单病例实验设计,给予12周常规康复训练,分三个阶段:2周基线期,6周干预期(联合应用运动疗法PNF+功能性电刺激)和2周撤消期。采用Barthel指数评定日常生活能力及简式Fugl-Meyer评定法(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)中的下肢运动功能(FMA-L)量表对每阶段治疗前、后进行评定。结果:基线期患者Barthel指数及下肢FMA-L评分无明显变化;联合使用PNF和功能性电刺激后,患者Barthel指数评分明显增高(P<0.01),下肢FMA-L评分增高,但不明显(P>0.05)。结论:运动疗法PNF结合功能性电刺激能够提高肝移植后肝性脊髓病患者的日常生活活动能力。 Objective:To investigate using kinetotherapy-proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) for treating hepatic myelopathy (HM) and improving rehabilitation.Methods: 12-week routine rehabilitation training was given to one HM patient and divided into 3 stages:2-week pretreatment,6-week treatment (PNF + functional electrical stimulation) and 2-week post-treatment. Barthel index and FMA-L scale were used to evaluate the activity of daily living and the movements of lower limb before and after training.Results:During pretreatment stage,the Barthel index and FMA-L score of lower limb had no obvious changes;After combining PNF and functional electrical stimulation,the Barthel index increased significantly (P 〈 0.01),the FMA-L score also in- creased but had no obvious differences (P 〉0.05).Conclusions:Kinetotherapy PNF combined with functional electrical stimulation can improve the activity of daily living of HM patient after liver transplantation.
