安理申（盐酸多奈哌齐）对轻度血管性认知功能障碍患者疗效观察

The Raeutic Effect Study of Donepezil for Memory Decrescence in VCI Patients

目的：评价对安理申（盐酸多奈哌齐）对轻度血管性认知功能障碍患者的记忆力的改善。方法：将60例患者按数字表法随机分为对照组及治疗组各30例，治疗组口服安理申每次1片，每日1次，口服，共服用12周；对照组口服尼莫地平片，拜阿司匹林等改善脑循环药物，积极控制高血压、糖尿病，高血脂，冠心病等卒中危险因素治疗，疗程12周；分别测治疗前和治疗后MMSE及记忆商的评分；结果：治疗前MMSE及记忆商两组记忆商无显著差别；（P〉0．05）治疗后治疗组记忆商有显著差别（P〈0.05）而对照组治疗前后无显著差别；结论：安理申（盐酸多奈哌齐）对轻度血管性认知功能障碍患者的记忆力减退有明显的治疗作用。

Objecive To evaluate the effect of Donepezil on the decrease of memory of patients with vascular cognitive impairment ; Methods A total of 56 patients were enrolled,30 in the experimental group were randomly assigned to receive Donepezil and 30 in the control group to receive basis cure （example take orally Nimodipine,aspirin,and so on ; To improve cerebral circulation ,to control hypertension ,diabetes,hyperlipemia ,coronary artery disease,）MMSE score,MQ score of two groups were assessed and compared before treatment and 16 weeks after treatment Results Before treatment two groups without significant difference, markedly in both the experimental group （P〈0.05）after treatment ,but control group without significant difference. Conclusion Decrease of memory was improved.
