63例颅脑外伤病人动态脑电图监测分析

Analysis of Ambulatory EEG in 63 Patients With Craniocervbral Trauma

目的：研究动态脑电图对颅脑外伤的一隘床价值。方法：应用动态脑电图监测仪对63例颅脑外伤病人进行监测。结果：63例颅脑外伤病人动态脑电图异常率为93．65％，其中轻度异常45例，中度异常11例，重度异常3例；26例有癫痫样放电，其中18例显示癫痫样放电部位局限于颞。结论：动态脑电图监测对颅脑外伤诊断及预后的评估具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical values of ambulatoryelectroncephalogram （AEEG） for the patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 63patients with craniocerebral trauma were monitored by AEEG monitor. Results In 63 patientswith craniocerebml trauma results, abnormality rate Of AEEG was 93.65%, there were 45 mildlyabnormality, 11 moderale abnormality, 4 severely abnormality respectively. And 26 of them hadepilepliform discharges, including 18 patients showed epilepliform discharges localized temporallobe. Conclusion AEEG monitoring plays an important role in diagnosing and evaluatingprognosis of craniocerebral trauma.
