摘要
为了加强面向顾客的产品开发和设计过程,本文提出了评价方法,该方法得自产品开发和使用的过程链以及经证明为可靠的设计方法学理论。作者建议成立顾客——销售——开发一体的协会。
Abstract The design process needs to be customer oriented. The paper recommends a number of methodical steps resulting from the process of product generation and systematic design, and a partnership between customer, distribution and development is suggested.
