摘要
银镀层因有较好的导电性和导热性,在高压电器产品的接触表面得到了广泛的应用。笔者分析了在光照情况下银镀层表面易与外界腐蚀性介质产生反应、引起腐蚀变色的原因;总结了腐蚀变色评价标准、试验结果,提出防腐变色的防护措施。
Silver coating has been used extensively on the surfaces of high-voltage electrical apparatus for its better electrical and thermal conductirity. This paper analyses the reason of chameleon when the silvre coating reacts with corrosive medium under the condition of lighting, summarizes the evaluation criterion of corrosive chameleon and the experimental results, and proposes an effective measure to prevent silver coating from the illuminated corrosive chameleon.
