中华硬蜱幼虫的形态(蜱螨亚纲:硬蜱科)

ON THE MORPHOLOGY OF LARVA OF IXODES SINENSIS TENG (ACARI: IXODIDAE)

中华硬蜱Ixodes sinensis Teng系邓国藩(1977)所建立。以前文献中将此种误订为蓖子硬蜱I.ricinus或全沟硬蜱 I.persulcatus。作者用光学显微镜和扫描电镜详细观察了中华硬蜱幼虫的形态,发现它与蓖子硬蜱和全沟硬蜱的幼虫有明显差别。

The larva of Ixodes sinensis Teng is described and illustrated (Figs. 1-6). It was compared with the larvae of L ricinus and L persulcatus. Based on the morphology of larvae, L sinensis is closely related to the latter two species. They all belong to the subgenus Ixodes. Although the larva of I. sinensis is more similar to the larva of I. ricinus in morphology, but between them there are some differences as follows: in I. sinensis the auricules of basts capituli are more developed, the lenth of first central dorsal seta (Cd1) and three pairs of sternal setae (St1-3) are shorter (usually they are shorter than 20 μm and 32 μm respectively). The larva of I. sinensis is also similar to the larva of I. persulcatus, but it differs distinctly by the following characters: the dorsal cornua of basis capituli are not developed, the auricules are extended to outer sides, the length of scutum (less than 320 μm), Cd1 and St1-2 are shorter, and the last two pairs of marginal dorsal setae (Md8, Md9) are rhabdoid in shape and with many sp-inules.
