摘要
列举了电网运行中几起常见事故案例,通过分析,找到了造成事故的原因,并从设计思路、人员因素、产品质量以及技改工作等不同角度对影响电网安全生产运行的因素进行归纳、分析,进而提出了相应的防范措施。
Lists several common accident cases in electric grid operation, by analysis, finds out the cause of the accident, from the different points of design idea, staff factors, product quality and technology improvement, makes classification and analysis on factors affecting electric grid production and operation, puts forward related countermeasures.
