摘要
探讨国内外关于输电线路覆冰问题研究的最新进展,结合固原供电局输电线路覆冰的实际情况,研究分析了输电线路覆冰的气象成因、发展过程及其影响因素。并在分析现有的各种防冰、除冰措施和方法的基础上,根据固原供电局输电线路覆冰的特征和具体工程实践,提出了防止其输电线路发生冰害事故的技术措施和方法。
Describes the newest development of both domestic and abroad transmitting line ice coating problems, combining the practical situation of transmitting line ice coating in Guyuan region, analyzes its meteorology cause, developing process and affecting factors. On the basis of present kinds of anti-ice and deicing measures and methods, according to the Transmitting line ice coating characteristic in Guyuan region and concrete project practice, puts forward technological measures and methods for preventing ice hazard happened on transmitting line.
