摘要
对上海浦东环东村居民进行抽样调查,了解居民对村社区卫生服务中心的评价和对医疗服务的需求,肯定社区卫生服务中心在改善就医环境、上门服务、疾病预防等方面的成效,分析了社区卫生服务中心进一步发展的限制因素,指出社区卫生服务中心需要政府、社区、居民等多方面支持与配合。
Sample surveys on the civilians in Huandong Community, Pudong, Shanghai were done with the purpose of learning about the evaluation from the civilians on community health care and their need for medical service. The achievements made in the improvement of medical environment, door - to- door service and prevention of diseases were affirmed. The writers of the article analyzed the corfining factors for further development in community medical service and indicated that the medical center in communities need the support and cooperation from the government, community, civilians and so on.
