64层螺旋CT联合hs-CRP检测冠状动脉不稳定斑块的研究

摘要 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系。方法90例冠心病病人依据斑块性质分为易损斑块组、混合斑块组、硬斑块组(稳定斑块组)各30例及对照组30例,检测各组血清hs-CRP,Hcy的水平,比较各组的差异及其与斑块的关系。结果易损斑块组、混合斑块组hs-CRP,Hcy高于硬斑块组和对照组(P<0.01),冠心病各组均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论炎症和Hcy与不稳定斑块破溃发生及急性冠脉综合征(ACS)相关,64层螺旋CT冠状动脉斑块检查结合血清hs-CRP,Hcy水平检测可作为冠状动脉斑块不稳定性的预测指标。
